What is the weather like in Washington, D.C. in September?
September is typically warm and pleasant, with daytime temperatures ranging from 70–82°F (22–28°C). The Welcome Party on Friday will be outdoors on the rooftop, so you may wish to bring a light sweater or wrap for the evening.
What is the dress code?
The Welcome Party on Friday is cocktail attire. The Wedding & Reception on Saturday is Black Tie Optional. Men may wear a tuxedo or dark suit and tie, while women may wear a formal evening gown or long dress. Sunday's Farewell Brunch is casual brunch attire. We kindly ask guests to refrain from wearing white, ivory, cream, or other bridal-colored attire throughout the wedding weekend.
Where are the wedding events taking place?
All wedding events will take place at The Watergate Hotel in Washington, D.C.
Is transportation provided?

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?
Guests are encouraged to arrive a few minutes before 4:30 PM to allow time for seating.
Can I take photos during the ceremony?
No. We are asking guests to refrain from taking photos during the ceremony and remain present with us in the moment.
Where do we park?
Guests staying overnight at The Watergate Hotel receive valet parking as part of their stay. For guests driving to the hotel but not staying overnight for that specific night, valet parking is available for purchase for $25.
There are also several nearby public parking garages in the area. If you prefer, rideshare services such as Uber and Lyft are readily available throughout Washington, D.C. and can be a convenient transportation option for the weekend.
Do I get a plus one?
If a plus one has been reserved for you, it will appear when you RSVP. If it is not listed, we unfortunately are unable to accommodate additional guests. Thank you for understanding as we celebrate with our closest family and friends!
